Amazing!!! Today is, for me, a historic day. After 6 months with no kind of sports, I run during 15 minutes in a road near the beach. Of course I was with my heart almost at 190, but I was smiling like a kid.
It's was sooooo good. Tomorrow another 15 minutes.
